A favorite item in many websites' terms of service is that the only "notice" they have to give of changes is posting the change. If you'd like to know when and how a site you use has changed its terms, TOSBack may be useful.
It's pretty much a raw dump of the changes; given the amount of information they have to deal with, that's not surprising. But a lot of the time, you have to scroll through lots of text till you find the highlighted changes, which may be trivial. Still, it's a start. Hopefully it will become more useful with time.
